In the shadows of Shark Week on Discovery, and really knowing that they are only interested in the seals who seem to be overtaking the popular swimming cove, I know that I probably have swam near some great white sharks in the past. My confidence that they are really not interested in eating us and my bravery in swimming in an area where one with a dorsal fin was said to be 24 inches long was sighted is much higher standing at the edge of the beach rather than sitting at the 1/2 mile buoy. I think I will continue to be brave and one with the sea, but this week my bravery will be from the sandy beaches, where all I have to worry about it cliff failure and sunburn.

I think you said what everyone else was thinking. odds are so remote that a person will get eaten by a shark that we prefer to just ignore thinking about it. The odds are far greater to meet your demise in a car but I can't say that I dwell on that much either. In fact, most of my hobbies are probably far more risky than a swim in the ocean. That said, my excuse to not swim this week is that I slept in. (borrowed from MZ). The other truth is how stupid would it look to get bit this week after a shark was sighted last week. If I get bit next week, well, that would just be plain unlucky again. Keep blogging Mo. We love it.

No, problem. Sorry I didn't respond earlier. I was wondering what your views were, because I don't know anyone who practices this model or has any interest/knowledge in it, so I can't really ask what they think; and I appreciate you answering my questions. Like you said it would benefit me to have my own projector but it would be very costly and a hassle.
